DILG Region V was awarded by Mr. Aristian Putra of the Indonesian ISO Expert Association and DILG Undersecretary Epimaco Densing III the ISO 9001:2015 Certification last January 17, 2020.

ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system (“QMS”).  A company must follow the requirements set in the ISO 9001 Standard to be eligible for this award. The standard means that an organization demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and demonstrates continuous improvement.
