On July 9 2025, DILG PDMU Team Sorsogon joins the “STRENGTHENING PDMU INSTITUTIONAL PERFORMANCE: STRATEGIC PLANNING USING SWOT AND THE LGA CAPACITY PILLARS CUM 1ST SEMESTER PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT”. July 9 is set as the 1st day of the three-day event, wherein updates on new policy, 1st quarter project status, and formulation of targets for FY 2025 were discussed. Facilitated and hosted by DILG Region V Regional Office PDMU. Important points on the performance of Provincial PDMU’s performance was discussed extensively, along with addressing common issues. PDMU Chief LGOO VIII Julius Rodel L. Cal-Ortiz, CESO V, also relayed to the provincial teams the new targets for FY 2025 and updates in data completion of the Department’s ongoing infrastructure projects.

This event aims to address current issues and improve the PDMU team’s performance.
